This website is operated by Pivot On Purpose LLC ("Pivot On Purpose," "we"), the coaching practice of Sue Emanuel. Questions about this policy can be sent to pivotonpurposellc@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, role, timeframe and any message you write in a form.
If you take the Next Chapter Readiness Check, your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to send your results to Sue with the form on the results page.
Basic usage data, such as pages visited and general device information, collected through privacy-focused analytics to help us improve the site.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation and provide coaching services you request.
If you share your phone number, Sue may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
We do not sell your information, share it for others' marketing, or add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle inquiries, such as website hosting, email delivery, scheduling and customer relationship software, and site analytics. They process information only on our behalf.
Coaching confidentiality
What clients share in coaching sessions is kept confidential. Any technology used in sessions, such as note-taking tools, is used only with the client's consent.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have given us by emailing us. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
